What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 4x3m freestanding bioclimatic pergola in white is the ultimate large-format model, offering 12 m² of surface area without wall mounting. This premium package includes three VENTO white privacy louvers to completely enclose one 3m side of your pergola. You get a vast, fully private outdoor space, visually cohesive and protected from prying eyes, wind, and UV rays. The most complete configuration in the PIANA white range for large gardens or upscale terraces.

The powder-coated aluminum frame is known for its lightness and natural corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor use over large areas. The white epoxy-coated steel roof slats ensure robustness and durability. The three louvers complete this premium set with solid, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent side protection.

Maintenance of your pergola and white shutters
Clean the white powder-coated structure once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, rinse thoroughly, and dry carefully. For the three white VENTO shutters, rinse between the slats with clean water. Avoid abrasive products, scouring sponges, and high-pressure washers, as these will irreparably dull the white finish and compromise the durability of the materials.
