What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 4x3m freestanding bioclimatic pergola represents the pinnacle of the range in terms of surface area, with its 12 m² of coverage. Free from any walls, it can be installed wherever you like in your garden or on your patio. This premium package includes 3 VENTO privacy louvers to completely enclose one 3m side. The result: a truly enclosed outdoor space, protected from prying eyes, wind, and UV rays, while remaining naturally ventilated thanks to the adjustable louvers.

About the materials
This package combines premium materials to guarantee performance and longevity. The powder-coated aluminum pergola frame is naturally corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and requires no special treatment. The epoxy-coated steel roof slats ensure maximum robustness over this large 12 m² area. The 3 VENTO louvers, made of galvanized steel and aluminum, perfectly complement the design with solid, durable side protection that visually matches the main pergola structure.

Maintaining your pergola and louvers
For the pergola, cleaning it once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth will perfectly preserve the aluminum powder coating. For the 3 VENTO shutters, occasional rinsing with clean water between the slats is sufficient. Avoid abrasive products, metal sponges, and high-pressure jets on the entire structure to preserve the finish and long-term durability.
