What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 3x4m freestanding bioclimatic pergola is one of the largest configurations in the range, offering 12 m² of surface area to create a generous and adaptable outdoor space. Without wall fixings, it can be installed freely on your patio or in your garden. This package includes a VENTO privacy screen louver to add side protection right from the start. Adjustable louvers, a robust structure, and a modern design: everything you need to enjoy your garden in every season.

About the materials
This large-area package combines a freestanding, powder-coated aluminum pergola with a VENTO galvanized steel and aluminum louvered frame. The aluminum of the main structure offers natural corrosion resistance and exceptional durability without additional treatment. The steel roof slats with an epoxy finish guarantee optimal strength for a 12 m² area. The louvered frame, made of galvanized steel and aluminum slats, reinforces the entire structure with robust side protection that is aesthetically consistent with the rest of the structure.

Maintaining your pergola and louvered frame
The PIANA freestanding pergola and its VENTO louvered frame are designed for minimal maintenance. Clean the aluminum frame once or twice a year with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry to protect the powder coating. For the shutters, rinsing with clean water between the aluminum slats is sufficient to maintain their appearance. Avoid abrasive products, harsh detergents, and high-pressure cleaning, which could damage the finish of both elements and reduce their lifespan.
