What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 3x3m freestanding bioclimatic pergola is a reliable choice in the range, offering over 9 m² of covered area without wall mounting. This package combines it with two VENTO privacy louvers for partial yet substantial side protection. The two panels create an effective barrier against wind, UV rays, and prying eyes over a large portion of the chosen side, while still allowing a partial opening to the outside. The ideal compromise between privacy and visual transparency.

About the materials: This package combines a freestanding, powder-coated aluminum pergola with two VENTO galvanized steel and aluminum louvered frames. The aluminum of the main structure offers natural corrosion resistance and superior durability without any special treatment. The epoxy-coated steel roof slats ensure optimal strength to cover over 9 m². The galvanized steel louvers with aluminum slats provide reliable lateral protection and are aesthetically consistent with the pergola structure, creating a harmonious and high-performing whole.

Maintaining your pergola and louvered frames: This package is easy to maintain and requires minimal attention over the years. For the powder-coated aluminum pergola, clean it once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, rinse, and dry thoroughly. For the two VENTO louvers, rinsing between the aluminum slats with clean water is sufficient to maintain their appearance. Absolutely avoid abrasive products, corrosive detergents, and high-pressure washers, as these could damage the finish of the various components.
