What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

The PIANA 3x2m freestanding bioclimatic pergola is ideal for small outdoor spaces that still require maximum protection and privacy. This package includes three VENTO privacy louvers to fully enclose one 3m side. Despite its compact 6m² footprint, this configuration offers complete protection from prying eyes, wind, and UV rays, while ensuring continuous natural ventilation. A complete and affordable package for small patios or urban gardens.

About the materials: This package combines a freestanding, powder-coated aluminum pergola with three VENTO galvanized steel and aluminum louvers, creating a compact yet sturdy structure. Aluminum, used in both the main structure and the louvered slats, offers natural corrosion resistance, remarkable lightness, and proven durability. The steel roof slats with an epoxy finish guarantee exceptional robustness. The entire system is designed to withstand harsh outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

Maintaining your pergola and louvers: To preserve the powder coating, clean the pergola once or twice a year with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. For the three louvers, occasionally rinse between the slats with clean water. Avoid using any abrasive products, harsh detergents, or high-pressure cleaning on the entire structure, as these can permanently damage the finish of the aluminum and galvanized steel.
