What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

For maximum protection and a premium look, this package combines the AGOSTA 4x3m freestanding bioclimatic pergola with white louvers and two VADA 180cm side blinds. The AGOSTA range represents a step up in quality in the world of bioclimatic pergolas: 11 x 11cm posts, 250cm height, white louvers on an anthracite grey frame for an elegant visual contrast, and wind resistance of up to 80 km/h. Its freestanding design offers complete installation freedom, and the 180cm blinds provide full lateral closure for large openings.

About the materials: This premium package uses powder-coated aluminum for the frame and blind cassettes, an excellent corrosion-resistant material for outdoor environments. The galvanized steel slats coated with white epoxy paint ensure strength, durability, and weather resistance. The 11 x 11 cm posts exceed standard market dimensions. The 420 g/m² gray textilene fabric of the VADA blinds completes the package with optimal UV protection and 85% blackout.

Care and Maintenance
Maintaining this premium package is easy for everyone. A twice-yearly cleaning with warm soapy water and a soft cloth is sufficient for the aluminum frame and blind cassettes. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent limescale buildup. The white galvanized steel slats should be cleaned in the same way, without abrasive products to preserve the epoxy paint. The VADA blinds' textilene fabrics should be cleaned with clean water.
